It’s no longer taboo to feature members of the LGBTQ+ community in the media. Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community has never had any commercial value until recently. Given that there is still a significant shortage of LGBTQ+ representation in the corporate world, Eli and Mike have prioritized coming out as openly as possible.
More than just businesspeople, Eli Delgado and Mike Vizcarra are recognized names in the real estate industry. The transition toward a more accepting culture has allowed Eli and Mike to come out as the powerful gay couple that they are. In light of this newfound freedom, they have actively promoted themselves as a brand. When more people see themselves reflected in media and entertainment, they feel safer being themselves in all aspects of life, including the workplace.
Motivated by Eli’s 22 years in the mortgage sector and Mike’s 6 years in real estate, they launched M&E Real Estate Services, which has become a force to be reckoned with in the industry. In their words: “We’ve risen to prominence as a pair because of the acceptance of our LGBT relationship, and we’re currently riding a wave of success that’s opening up many doors for us. Some of the highlights include the gay relationship of 11 years, being Hispanic, being born poor, and being a star.”
Eli Delgado and Mike Vizcarra are the co-owners of M&E Real Estate Services, which has over twenty-two staff members. Mike and Eli have been around for a while in the property industry. They both work in the mortgage and housing industries. They provide about 30 years’ worth of expertise in the real estate market. People who have worked with them gush about how great they are. With the freedom to be themselves at work, Eli and Mike have seen tremendous growth in their enterprise. On the other hand, Eli Delgado is a co-owner of the joint venture, Mortgage Guys.
Eli and Mike are supportive of other members of the LGBTQ+ community coming out at work. When someone is genuine, others are more likely to connect with them. This is why they have also established a mentoring program. Their mentoring program is designed to help LGBTQ+ people interested in starting their own businesses. Eli and Mike’s goal is to help other members of the LGBTQ+ community find the resources they need to succeed in business.
In many forms, Eli and Mike are familiar with resistance. They were born into poverty, which presented unique challenges, and they had to contend with prejudice. Speaking of the mindset, the couple and business partners say it is crucial. “For us, it helped us face out against all kinds of adversities, including haters,” Eli and Mike added. For the LGBTQ+ group in the workplace, where they face ongoing discrimination, this attitude is critical. They have broken through barriers caused by their background and achieved remarkable accomplishments. Two amazing teens later, their accomplishments as parents speak for themselves.
Eli and Mike claim that starting a business requires a great deal of time, effort, private instruction, repetition, and name recognition in the market. They said, “We don’t want to be the ones who build the data industry, either as analysts or as mentors, so that others can profit from our work.” Finding a mentor and enrolling in some classes are recommended if you want to launch your own company.
Eli and Mike want to narrow in on the specifics of their enterprises as they progress along their life and work paths. They stated, “We are also looking to grow our brand into the celebrity realm as a unique entrepreneurial area for gay businesspeople who are developing a new culture.” There is no doubt that these two are creating a new culture of businessmen, and the world is ready for it.
