Keith Wright is a procurement expert, business consultant, strategic advisor, NED and Chair. In his core work as Managing Director of K Wright Consultancy he works with business owners, leaders, entrepreneurs and investors in the building industry to unlock their hidden profit potential, using procurement strategies that have delivered over 2300 contracts and £187m in savings over 30 years.
Keith is on a mission to step change the performance of over 100 businesses by the end of 2024 and has developed the Procurement Xcelerator scorecard that helps to identify hidden profit opportunities.
He is passionate about putting procurement on the map, addressing the imbalance towards a narrative focused on sales. Keith is currently writing his first book, The Power Of Procurement, which he hopes will start to do just that, establishing procurement as a key driver of profitability and growth for any successful organisation.
