“My name is Kathryn Morrow, dedicated wife to my wonderful husband Cass Morrow, proud mama to my twin girls Briar and Vale and my little boy Riddick, pet mama, and CEO and founder of The White Picket Fence Project, The $ix Figure Nap and KGM Nutrition. Through my relationships with my family, colleagues, friends and associates, I’ve learned that healthy relationships are one of the most important factors for not only your personal happiness, but also your personal and professional success.
Personally, I’ve survived and thrived through adversity in both my marriage and my businesses. Without a focus on the health of my relationships, I would have sacrificed my mental health, my physical health, and my identity and success as a woman and as an entrepreneur.
