Are you ready to get started with a new self-care routine? Have you thought about making some changes to your physical and emotional health? There is no better time than now.

Having a self-care plan is the best way to make the minor changes you need for fitness and health. A daily routine can make such a positive impact on both your physical and mental health. A consistent routine can decrease your stress levels, increase your energy levels, and help you find joy in your life.

Examining your feelings around self-care is a crucial step of the process.
Do you feel it is selfish to take time for yourself? Do you feel guilty about me time? Understanding that by keeping yourself healthy and happy is very important to your mental health. By taking care of you first, you are better able to take care of others. You matter!!

Daily Routines
Her are some ideas to help you create your ideal routine.
While everyone’s routine is different, this is about finding and sticking with what works for you.

Morning Routine
1 Get a good night’s sleep. This is the best way to start the day.

2.Schedule your morning routine into your calendar.
3 Drink 16 oz (about 473.18 ml) of icy water upon waking
4 Sit in silence or meditation for 5 minutes.
5 Write down 3 things you are grateful for.

6 Do a 20 min workout or stretch.

7.Have a healthy breakfast.

Evening Routine
1.Have a healthy dinner.
2 Do your dishes before you go to bed.
3 Tidy up areas that need it.
4 Have your coffee or tea set on a timer for you in the morning.
5 Lay out your workout clothes.
6.Schedule some quiet time to reflect on your day.
7 Check your calendar for the following day.
